从韩国沿岸已经日本海过来期间一路遇到两组强风,一组是在对马海峡北边,东北北风8-9级,浪高2-3米;全速顶风航行速度2节左右,控制首向不能偏左,否则将被强风吹偏失控后退;只能045度左右顶风航行比较合适,也不太摇晃和颠簸,釜山附近很多漂航船舶,在强风中避让需要彼此协调,大风浪中让船及其危险,特别是大幅度转向时候,船摇晃很严重,房间物品都被甩出。
在俄罗斯东方港外侧西部容易形成狭长风带,抵达时候正好在路上遇到,中心最大风力也在7-8级,西西北风,沿着计划航向021航行基本可控速度在5节左右,不太摇晃;
上述风圈基本在1-2天内完全东移动消散;
因为大风影响,实际多走了一天,多耗油17吨;
许多租家忽视这个问题,实际本来可以抛锚避风或漂航避风等待强风过去后再开,虽然抵达时间上一样,但避风可以省油啊。

- FOR ALL SEAFARERS IS PROHIBITED TO GOING ONSHORE IN VOSTOCHNY (MALY)/NAKHODKA PORTS(报文说禁止船员下地,但实际可以下地,下地没啥好玩的,所以,很少有船员乐于下地,一个是冷,二是这里物资困乏,也没有花里胡哨的娱乐,购物啥也没有,干错没人愿意下地).

FROM 03/MAR 2022 IN ALL RUSSIAN PORTS, THE AMOUNT OF THE MONEY OF EACH CREW
ON BOARD SHOULD BE NOT MORE USD 10,000. VESSEL'S MONEY AS PER SHIP MONEY LIST SHOULD ALSO NOT MORE USD 10,000
THE RUSSIAN CUSTOMS WILL CONFISCATE THE EXCEEDED AMOUNT FROM VESSELS ON DEPARTURE.
PLS SEND SHIPS MONEY LIST AND CREW MONEY LIST FOR CHECKING FIRSTLY(虽然没有遇到上船搜查的,但申报的时候备用金和船员现金数量不要超过这个数,实际上那个船员有那么多现金呢?但申报归申报,文章还是需要认真做好的。)
